1.3 We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing the amended version on this website. Any amendment will apply from the date of publication and will not operate retrospectively.

(c) intermediary and navigation services provided to clients, including guidance, coordination, support and assistance in engaging with third-party professionals, where Life Shifted acts for the client and not for any third-party service provider; and
(d) any other services expressly described on this website from time to time.
2.2 The Services do not include the provision of legal advice, financial advice, counselling, therapy, medical advice or any other regulated professional service.
2.3 The Services are intended for use by individuals located in Australia. Information provided through the Services is based on Australian law and practice and may not be applicable outside Australia.
2.4 Life Shifted does not guarantee outcomes and does not manage, supervise or control the conduct or decisions of any third-party professional engaged by a client.
2.5 Where you engage Life Shifted for paid intermediary, consulting or navigation services, those services are provided under a separate Terms of Engagement, which will be provided to you and must be accepted before services commence. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Engagement prevail.
3. Eligibility and Access
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any digital product or use the Services.
3.2 You must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and not misleading.
3.3 If you create an account or access restricted content, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details and for all activity carried out using those details.
4. Advertisement and Professional Listings
4.1 Life Shifted may permit third-party professionals and service providers, including family lawyers, mediators, counsellors and financial advisers (‘Advertisers’), to publish advertisements, profiles or listings on this website.
4.2 Advertisements and listings are provided for general information purposes only. The inclusion of an Advertiser on this website does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or approval by Life Shifted.
4.3 Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of their advertisements and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, professional rules and advertising obligations, including those imposed by regulatory or professional bodies.
4.4 Advertisers warrant that:
(a) they are appropriately qualified, licensed and authorised to provide the services advertised;
(b) all information contained in their advertisement or listing is true, accurate, current and not misleading or deceptive;
(c) their advertisement complies with the Australian Consumer Law and all applicable professional conduct and advertising rules; and
(d) their advertisement does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4.5 Life Shifted does not verify the credentials, competence, availability or suitability of any Advertiser and does not guarantee the quality, outcome or appropriateness of any services provided by an Advertiser.
4.6 Any engagement between you and an Advertiser is solely between you and that Advertiser. Life Shifted is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any agreement, advice, service or outcome arising from that engagement.
4.7 Life Shifted reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without notice, to refuse, remove, suspend or amend any advertisement or listing for any reason, including where we consider it inappropriate, misleading, non-compliant or inconsistent with the values of Life Shifted.
4.8 Advertisers indemnify Life Shifted and its officers, employees and contractors against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from or in connection with their advertisement, listing or services, including any claim made by a user or third party.
4.9 Life Shifted may receive fees, commissions or other commercial benefits from some Advertisers in connection with advertisements, listings or referrals displayed on this website.
(a) The existence of any such arrangement does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of an Advertiser or their services.
(b) Not all Advertisers have a commercial relationship with Life Shifted, and the presence or absence of a fee or referral arrangement does not reflect the quality, suitability or appropriateness of an Advertiser for any individual user.
(c) Life Shifted does not provide advice that is influenced by any advertising or referral arrangement.
4.10 Life Shifted may refuse, remove or suspend advertisements or listings that we consider, acting reasonably, to be inconsistent with the values, purpose or community standards of Life Shifted.
4.11 Where Life Shifted provides intermediary or navigation services in connection with third-party professionals, Life Shifted acts solely for the client and does not act as agent, representative or partner of any Advertiser.
5. Payments and our fees
5.1 Life Shifted may charge fees for access to certain Services, including digital products such as mini books and guides, and for other paid offerings as described on this website.
5.2 All fees are published on the website at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and are expressed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Prices include GST where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4 Life Shifted may amend its fees from time to time by publishing updated pricing on the website. Any change will not apply retrospectively.
5.5 Digital products are supplied electronically. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
5.6 We do not provide refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or where you choose not to use a purchased product or Service.
5.7 Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Life Shifted is not responsible for any error, delay or failure caused by those providers and may charge reasonable payment processing fees where applicable.

13.3 Where liability cannot be excluded, Life Shifted’s liability is limited, at its option, to the resupply of the Services or the cost of resupplying the Services.
